Computerised Accounts City & Guilds Level 2 Award

This course will give you the skills and knowledge you need to work in a computerised accounts environment using Sage. You will gain a Bedford College certificate upon completion.

Entry requirements

To start at Level 2, you should have already completed our Level 1 course and have a sound knowledge of computers and English language.

You will cover banking transactions, including:

  • Standing Orders
  • Direct Debits
  • Correction of Errors
  • Journal Adjustments
  • Trial Balance
  • Aged Debtor Analysis
  • Supplier/Customer Account History
  • Capital
  • Cash
  • Cheque
  • Transactions Amending
  • Sales and Purchasing Ledger Accounts

Assessment methods

This course is assessed by exam, the course fee covers one sitting of this; resits will incur and additional fee.

Further study and career options

On completion of this course you can progress to a higher level course in a related subject.
